Wave Cave Update
Things are not looking all that positive here folks.
I have decided to put this project on hold. The main reason being that I simply can not locate real estate that is properly zoned and reasonalby priced for this type of facility (recreational) especially a property within a reasonable distance from the Vancouver's core. Rezoning is an option in some areas but could in fact take upwards of 2 years to complete. It's been a struggle to say the least.
There is obviously interest. We have had over 175 web surveys completed with the vast majority indicating they would purchase an annual membership.
We appreciate all of the support and I will continue to look for suitable areas. If anyone has any suggestions please feel free to send me an email.
