Wave Cave Features:
Here is what we are seeing as the most sought after attractions for the first Wave Cave facility:
1. Indoor Standing/Surfing Wave
2. Indoor Skimboard Park
3. Indoor Climbing/Rock Wall
Location:
To house all of this plus a concession, change rooms, showers etc. will take up nearly 15,000 square feet. Since this is zoned as recreation and includes a pool, it will be very difficult to get any municipality to allow it in an industrial area, therefore warehouses are pretty much out of the picture.
The best complex we have found where there is suitable space available is the Riverport Sports Complex (http://riverport.ca) near the RDS skatepark (http://rdsskatepark.com).
